Havelhöhe Community Hospital in Berlin is excited about connecting a ventilator to the ICM-PDMS.

A demo was successfully tested in the Havelhöhe community hospital, in which the Vivo home ventilator from Breas is connected to the ICM-PDMS from Dräger via our gateway UMG - Universal Medical Gateway and the Dräger monitoring system.

This brings decisive advantages for patients and medical staff:

  • Improved patient care: Thanks to the automatic transmission of ventilation data, manual intervention is no longer necessary. This means a significant reduction in human error and ensures patients receive the best possible treatment.

  • Increased efficiency in everyday medical life: Seamless data transfer saves valuable time, which medical staff can now use to focus even more intensively on the well-being of patients.

  • Real-time monitoring: The ventilation data is not only transmitted securely, but can also be displayed on the Dräger monitor and continuously monitored.

We would like to thank our contact person Ms. Kathleen Schiewer and the entire hospital team and our partners from Breas and Dräger for the great support in this groundbreaking project.
