In order to be able to optimally support the use of digital assets on our platform in the future, we have made some fundamental improvements. The following is an overview of the changes that are relevant for you. If you are a supplier and use our systems for data setting (publishing)
  • No steps are necessary on your part before the update. atrify will make the necessary technical changes so that you can use DAM functionality as usual.
  • Your digital systems will receive a new link (URL). These links (URLs) are automatically sent with the latest version of your product data.
  • After the technical update: the DAM update will be installed together with the December release (the data can be found here ). The update will trigger a new validation of your data.
    • If your data does not comply with the current validation rules (GDSN and / or Community), you will find corresponding error messages or warnings in the user interface (publishing) that inform you about the necessary corrections.
    • If your data has already been maintained according to the current standard, no error messages or corrections will be displayed and there is no need for you to act.
If you are a data recipient / dealer
  • You do not need to take any steps before the update. atrify will make the necessary technical changes so that you can use DAM as usual.
  • After the technical update: the DAM update will be installed together with the December release (the data can be found here ). The update will trigger new validations of your suppliers' data. As a result, you will receive CINs informing you that the data has been updated.
