Welcome to our data traffic news

Together with you, we are pursuing the same goal: to put your products on as many shelves as possible. Like traffic rules, standards like the GDSN support a uniform, smooth and accident-free exchange of information. We know these standards are not always easy and sometimes they change. That is why we work with you to develop smart assistants that help you comply with the rules before exchanging data - virtual traffic signs, so to speak

Together with you, we are pursuing the same goal: to put your products on as many shelves as possible. Like traffic rules, standards like the GDSN support a uniform, smooth and accident-free exchange of information. We know these standards are not always easy and sometimes they change. Therefore, together with you, we develop smart assistants that help you to comply with the rules before exchanging the data - virtual traffic sign recognition, so to speak, which guarantees a free ride to the shelf.

Who is actually “we”?
My name is Martin Trauth and I work with the Customer Experience Team and all colleagues at atrify every day to make our products and services even better for you. Customer satisfaction is everyone's concern at atrify.

As you have probably noticed, we have been asking for your suggestions for improvement at various points for months. In this small series of e-mails, we will now be giving you regular insights into how we work, what has already happened thanks to your feedback and what is to come. Various atrify teams will speak up and show you how you can make your data management even more efficient.

Your opinion has priority with us:
One feedback that we often received was that entering the nutritional information was unnecessarily complex and time-consuming. We faced the problem and are pleased that the new, simplified nutritional value editor goes live on September 28th, 2020 ! You can read more about this in our product newsletter next week or here .

Bye for now.
