Titanium colouring unit TFA 120/10
With this unit defined passive layers can be made on previously activated titanium surfaces. Increasing the voltage, the thickness of the oxide layer can be varied to achieve the specific colours.
With a standard 20.0 litres process bath, a 120 Voltage rectifier and a safety lid which locks automatically, the TFA
120/10 titanium colouring unit is perfect for achieving a wide range of colours. Other tank sizes are available on request.
Electropolishing of titanium and stainless steel
For achieving surfaces of optimum quality it is recommendable to polish parts electrolytically before titanium colouring. Surfaces get activated which results in better and easier colouring. Instruments also receive excellent, shiny surfaces by electropolishing. In case of hard-metal instruments these can be easily refined subsequently by for example gold plating.
Electrolytic stripping and plating unit PGG M
The PGG M enables partial electrolytic stripping (electropolishing) of individual parts efficiently. In addition to this, the 3.0 litres unit offers galvanic coatings (except chrome) such as gold plating of hardmetal instruments.
Due to exchangable cathode rods (short and long) jigs for instruments can be fixed easily.
Electrolytic stripping system EP 200
With this standard industrial system, small series or large instruments can be polished. The various control options of the rectifier (infinitely manual adjustment of voltage, timer and impulse controlled modes) make the EP 200 quite flexible.
