We say goodbye to our employee after 32 years of service.
"How quickly time flies again...". That's what you think when it's New Year's Eve or a birthday every year. And in professional life? It's another company anniversary and you can tell that every highlight from the last few years looks familiar, many of the colleagues weren't even there at the time and the workplace was somewhere completely different back then. That's probably how it was for Gerda, who retired after 32 years at STRUB MEDICAL. She was one of the first 6 employees.
"It's hard to believe what has changed over the years. But if you feel comfortable in a company, then you stay and don't even notice how quickly the years go by," said Gerda on her last day.
More than 1/3 of the employees at STRUB MEDICAL have been part of the team for more than 10 years. This is also one of the core values of the company.
