The Welcome Center provides advice in Singen

District of Konstanz: On Tuesday, August 3, the Welcome Center will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the DAA Singen, Wehrdstrasse. 7, 78224 Singen, for a consultation day. Newly acquired foreign specialists can get advice on all aspects of living and working in Germany. The consultations can also take place in English, Italian, Russian and Armenian. The Welcome Center advises and supports you in your search for a job, application checks and recognition of qualifications. It arranges contact persons for German courses, further education, offers cultural and leisure support and provides information material.

The 3G regulation applies.

Since July 2019, the center has been looking after employers and immigrant skilled workers in the three districts of Konstanz, Lörrach and Waldshut.

Companies wishing to employ foreign skilled workers receive free help from the Welcome Center. It helps with the search for specialists, questions about immigration or residence permits, or with the integration of newcomers into the team.

Skilled workers or students from abroad and their families can obtain information from the Welcome Center. You will learn how the job market works, which companies there are or how to apply successfully. Support is also given to those who want to have their foreign profession recognized or to improve their German language skills.

The Welcome Center is an establishment of the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg Economic Development Corporation and the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economics, Labor and Tourism and the sponsors of the Welcome Center support the center.
