BINDER presents itself for trainees

After events of this kind were known not to be possible in recent years, BINDER was finally able to present itself to potential trainees in the usual way in 2022: live and in color! First at the end of April at the two-day PROTUT training exchange and now, at the end of May, as part of the "Night of Training".

The training exchange was already a great success, "through the exchange with students and parents we not only had the opportunity to present our job profiles, but also at the 'Night of Training' - because there we can then show the company from the inside!", said Training manager Timo Haag.

The "Night of Training" enjoys a high status at BINDER, so the preparations and ultimately the design of this event were correspondingly complex. BINDER is now one of the top addresses when looking for an apprenticeship in and around Tuttlingen, and that became clear again on this evening: A total of 300 visitors came to BINDER – and not just because of the culinary delights in the catering tent.

All in all, there was something for everyone: the program included various stations where those interested could ask all their questions about all of the training occupations. These were mainly answered by the current trainees at BINDER, but all trainers were also involved. There were also several factory tours and the option of assembling a watch in the training workshop under supervision.

"Very satisfied", Olivia Wetzel, commercial trainer, drew an extremely positive conclusion and added: "300 visitors - that shows us that we have done a lot right in the last few years!"
