It has been 10 years since the BINDER trainees accepted the invitation from training manager Timo Haag for the first time and spent a weekend together at Lochmühle in Eigeltingen. What was intended as a one-off team event at the start of the new training year is now a fixed part of the training program at BINDER GmbH . Every year there is great enthusiasm when it comes to competing with colleagues in bull riding, table football or ax throwing and spending happy hours together. The Lochmühle amusement park is a perfect venue for BINDER trainees. Because the range of outdoor and indoor activities offers the best opportunities to get to know each other and to prepare the team for the training period together.
This year there was something special to celebrate for the 46 trainees. 10 years of the BINDER trainee excursion are worth celebrating this event appropriately and honoring the work of the trainers. On this occasion, the BINDER trainees came together with the management and former trainees on September 10th to honor the 10th anniversary together with suckling pig and buffet. Managing director Peter M. Binder thanked the training directors Timo Haag and Robert Pejakic as well as the training directors Jenny Bett and Olivia Wetzel for their extraordinary commitment with a voucher for entry to the Europapark. "Thank you very much for your great commitment and the enthusiasm and joy for the professional life that you give the young people on their way." But the trainees also had a surprise in store. With a rehearsed program, they made for a very entertaining and fun evening. At the same time, they used this evening as an opportunity to pay tribute to the social commitment of Ingrid Binder and her Dianiño Foundation. They had collected money for the foundation, which supports families with children suffering from diabetes, and presented Ingrid Binder with a check for 555 euros.
For the BINDER trainees, the team event is always a great experience and one that many will remember forever.
