From trainees for trainees

The BINDER trainee day attracted numerous visitors in bright sunshine. The BINDER trainees went to great lengths to provide interested young people with information about the various apprenticeships, study and internship positions at BINDER. A company presentation provided an informative start to the day, but the company tour was the highlight of the event for many visitors.

Since the trainee day was intended to serve as an information event for future trainees and their future plans, a stand was set up for each training occupation, at which details were explained. The personal conversations with the trainers and the trainees completed the impressions gained. In addition, the visitors were able to manufacture watches and gain their first experience with machines.

A total of around 300 interested people attended the BINDER trainee day to get to know BINDER and the training opportunities at BINDER better. The positive feedback showed that the preparations were worth it. Culinary highlights were also offered with delicious waffles, curry sausage and ice-cold slushies. Other attractions also included the BINDER wheel of fortune, where guests could win prizes such as jukeboxes and umbrellas.

The BINDER trainees who organized the trainee day were able to look back on a successful event during the barbecue that followed.

“We are proud to be part of such a team,” agreed the BINDER youngsters.
