IHK honors BINDER trainees

A successful education has always been valuable, and that's especially true when it's completed exceptionally well. This year's examples impressively show that this is possible at BINDER: Manuel Reutebuch was one of the best industrial clerks of his year, Tobias Warratz, among 852 examinees in the state of Baden-Württemberg, even the best machine and plant operator.

On November 17, 2021, the two trainees Tobias Warratz and Manuel Reutebuch were honored for their special achievements by IHK representatives and education consultant Alexander Fritz. "My congratulations! You can only get a result like this with a combination of intelligence and a good education - now it's up to us to offer you appropriate career opportunities," said the managing director Peter M. Binder at the award ceremony. Because that's not the end of the road for either of them, Manuel starts a dual course of study in digital business management and Tobias puts an apprenticeship as an IT specialist on top. "That makes perfect sense: A grade of 1.0 shows that you are familiar with ones and zeros," jokes training manager Timo Haag during his speech. With more than 400 employees, BINDER currently supervises almost 50 trainees, of whom around 30 are supervised in the training workshop. "We have received several awards," says Head of Human Resources Uwe Werner, and the management's provision of state-of-the-art equipment is also an important factor. "A matter close to my heart, because young people are the future for the continued existence of society," says Peter M. Binder, who also emphasized the role of the trainers. Setting up such a training workshop only works as a team and Timo Haag and Robert Pejakic have done an excellent job here in recent years. At BINDER, young people find the best conditions for professional development.
