Promotion of young talent at a high level

Promoting young talent is a top priority at BINDER. Under the care of training managers Timo Haag and Robert Pejakic as well as manager Jenny Bett, BINDER enables young people to start their careers every year. The spectrum of industrial and commercial apprenticeships as well as dual courses of study is broad. Integrated in a committed team and under the most modern technical high-tech conditions, the trainees are right in the middle of the working world and have the opportunity to acquire specialist know-how in the areas of mechatronics, industrial mechanics, machine and system operators, stamping and forming technology or warehouse logistics. In the commercial area, the prospective industrial clerks and students from the surrounding universities pass through all relevant departments of an industrial company. The very young product design profession is also taught under the umbrella of BINDER GmbH.

The BINDER team is delighted about the addition of new trainees this year as well. Just in time for the start of the school year, 17 young people start their apprenticeship in the rooms in Middle Ösch. The new trainees Sabrina Hermann, Alica Kästle, Felix Staub, Philipp Schneider Strittmatter, Justus Schmid, Abdelhady Aboschmeis, Marvin Kamper, Antonio Tscherter, Leon Bernauer, Fabian Mägerle, Leon Zöller, Gian-Marco Sestito, Susan Baumbach, Manuel Reutebuch are excited , Tobias Warratz, Jeremi Zohar, Andre Mayer towards their upcoming tasks.
