Information package on the North African market

Tuttlingen/Berlin – On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), trAIDe GmbH is organizing a digital business initiation trip to Tunisia from May 31 to June 11 in cooperation with the Institut des métiers de santé. At the same time, there is an offer to get in shape with free counseling hours for entry into the North African healthcare market.

The virtual trip to Tunisia takes place as part of the BMWi market development program for SMEs that focus on digital medical technology and medical products (e-health). It is scheduled between May 31st and June 11th. The healthcare sector in Tunisia offers diverse and attractive sales opportunities for German companies, especially in the digital sector. For example, USD 27.8 million is to be spent on modernizing computer systems in Tunisian clinics. Increased investment in e-health is primarily intended to secure health care in rural regions.

At the same time, interested parties can take advantage of 40 hours of free advice on how to get started in the North African healthcare market. The markets in Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Egypt are particularly important. In individual consultations tailored to the needs of the company, topics such as the development of individual market entry strategies, business model development as well as political and legal framework conditions can be dealt with.
