Second workshop for visionaries on June 24th

Tuttlingen – In the vision process for the medical technology industry initiated by MedicalMountains GmbH, the working groups will meet for their second workshop on June 24th. Newcomers from medical technology companies are still welcome and can familiarize themselves with the goals and the procedure before they start.

After the workshop is before the workshop: For managing director Yvonne Glienke and department head Britta Norwat, follow-up and preparatory work flow into one another. "We sorted, structured and merged the results from the first meeting and fed them back to the working groups," they report on their activities over the past few weeks. The concept and findings were also reflected and discussed internally with coach Elke Schlimbach. "We have created a good basis and had good experiences," sums up Yvonne Glienke. "With a few adjustments and innovations, we can build on this and work even more intensively on the topics of the industry in the next workshops." This does not mean that the working groups are "closed companies". But on the contrary. "Some didn't have time at the first appointment or only became aware of the active participation options afterwards," remembers Britta Norwat. Therefore, newcomers from the medical technology companies are still welcome to work on the vision elements in this first stage - from which a vision of the future for the entire Baden-Württemberg medical technology industry emerges and helps it to become more visible. Anyone who joins now will receive an update on the content, goals and the practical procedure in the working groups one hour before the start of the workshop. Likewise, already active participants can receive an overview of the first results again. "In this way, everyone starts on an equal footing and with the same level of knowledge."

The interim conclusion is positive for Yvonne Glienke and Britta Norwat. "There are already a lot of good approaches." Among them are some that one would not have come up with on one's own. “The exchange, a goal-oriented, interdisciplinary thinking bring everyone forward. Us, the participants, and ultimately the industry itself,” says Yvonne Glienke. It is therefore all the more exciting to look forward to further progress and the presentation of the results in December - and thus to the first major milestone in the vision process for medical technology.

The second workshop of the working groups starts on June 24th at 4:00 p.m.
