The apprentices who had completed their training were very happy when they received a certificate and a gift from Head of Training, Timo Haag, at the end of their training. The small closing ceremony at BINDER has a long tradition and was now able to take place with sufficient distance even during the Corona crisis.
Magdalena Kuolt, Sergio Arsic Perez, Ali Mohebi Barkat, Angelika Reis, Vladimara Cernanska and Mike Hartl have proven during their apprenticeship that they have fully arrived in professional life. It is particularly gratifying that they have all already found new jobs in various departments and that their professional journey has continued. An absolute win-win situation: BINDER has once again gained great employees and the trained trainees are looking forward to a crisis-proof job with a global market leader.
The training department at BINDER produces well-trained new employees every year. This has been proven for several years by various research institutes across Germany. And just yesterday, BINDER GmbH received a new award from the Institute of Research and Data Aggregation in Düsseldorf, which says that BINDER is one of the one percent of the best trainers in Germany. The evaluation is considered particularly meaningful because the trainees gave their own opinion anonymously.
