Tuttlingen - companies are different, products are different - but when it comes to quality management, the standard is set for everyone. To ensure that this core competence is anchored in the company as required, MedicalMountains GmbH offers graded certificate courses to consolidate the basics and deepen important subject areas.
The comprehensive package of know-how is conveyed in the “Quality Manager Medical Technology” certificate course. Divided into three modules, the basics of quality management, aspects of product realization and control are taught. It starts on February 7th, 2023 and ends with the last seminar on November 22nd, 2023. However, the modules do not have to be attended en bloc one after the other. Individual bookings are also possible in order to give participants the greatest possible flexibility in terms of time.
At the same time, the certificate course “Quality Assistant Medical Technology” starts. The focus here is on the basic requirements and skills for practical implementation. The aim is to also make newcomers and those switching companies strong so that they can guarantee safe processes and products with their hands and brains.
Building on this, two further certificate courses deepen important areas of quality management. In the "Risk Manager Medical Technology" course , the general conditions are shown, practice-oriented knowledge is imparted and the basics are consolidated in order to be able to implement requirements from standards and EU-MDR professionally and effectively. The "Validation Manager Medical Technology" certificate course deals with the different approaches and methods along the typical production chain and deepens the know-how based on tried and tested concepts - including a practical day on machines.
In order to document the conformity and effectiveness of your own system or to be able to carry out professional supplier audits, the certificate course "Auditor for quality management according to DIN EN ISO 13485 (1st/2nd party)" is recommended later in the year. The spectrum ranges from the systematic creation of an audit plan to the content and methodology of implementation and how to deal with difficult situations: In a simulated audit environment, the participants can practice conception and communication.
