Tuttlingen – In the vision process for medical technology in the south-west, the second workshop on “Cooperation” will take place this week – at the same time the last one to focus on recommendations for action. Meanwhile, further plans are taking shape, in which collaboration will continue to play the main role.
The last element forms the bracket. "From the first interviews to the current workshop, it was always about cooperation," recalls MedicalMountains Managing Director Yvonne Glienke, "the whole vision process is active cooperation." Since the kick-off in February 2021, companies have been sitting around a table to draw up a roadmap to develop for the next ten to 15 years - and thus to lay a foundation for being much more closely networked with each other than before.
The workshops on recommendations for action and thus also the two-year vision process end with the second round of cooperation – but the activities do not. On the contrary. "Basically, it's only now that it's really getting exciting," says Yvonne Glienke. "From the incredible number of ideas that have been collected so far, vision elements have been formed, then recommendations for action, and now it's time to implement them." First of all, the team has a lot of work to do to specify and formulate the individual points, says Yvonne Glienke. "At the same time, we have already picked up ideas and started planning for 2023 what should be tackled" - together with the companies: The topic "cooperation" is a conclusion and a continuation in one.
