A tungsten carbide tipped drill specially designed to penetrate hard steels and alloys. This drill can be used, for example, to drill hardened metal out of a screw head (e.g. a broken screwdriver tip).
This drill is only used with light pressure, without tilting and at a medium speed to avoid the risk of breakage and splintering.
The tungsten carbide drills are available in 3 different sizes and are part of our ESR system, but can also be ordered separately or as a set.
